At 26 Wiggs Road in Riverwood, we've delivered a modern industrial precinct that sets a new benchmark for warehouse and office integration in Sydney. Designed in partnership with Bennett Murada Architects, this project highlights our commitment to combining architectural creativity with practical innovation, proving industrial developments can be both highly functional and visually striking.
Faced with significant site constraints and tight boundaries, we chose cutting-edge construction methods to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency. Our use of off-site precast concrete panels allowed quick and precise on-site assembly, dramatically improving safety and quality control. Similarly, we used screw-pile foundations to provide essential structural stability without the vibrations and noise associated with traditional piling, preserving neighbour relationships and speeding up project delivery.
The completed complex comprises four contemporary buildings housing nine versatile warehouse units. Each unit offers a flexible workspace, featuring spacious mezzanine offices, premium-quality finishes, and sophisticated detailing. Thoughtful facade treatments and distinctive colours further distinguish the complex from standard industrial facilities.
Our collaborative approach was key to overcoming complex technical and compliance challenges. Together with consultants Edge Consulting Engineers, Scientific Fire Services, and Urban Health Consulting, we successfully addressed fire engineering, structural integrity, and accessibility requirements, ensuring full compliance and seamless delivery.
