Health & Safety

Atlas Certification ISO-45001

At Trescon, safety is more than compliance, it is a core value that shapes every aspect of our work.

Holding ISO 45001 certification, we embed safety into our culture by ensuring that planning, training, communication, and improvement are central to how we operate. Our process begins with comprehensive risk assessments on every site. By identifying potential hazards early, we develop detailed safety plans that outline preventative measures and clear responsibilities. These plans are shared with all personnel, ensuring that every team member understands their role in maintaining a safe working environment. This proactive approach helps us prevent incidents before they arise and builds confidence across our workforce and stakeholder network.

Training and education are fundamental to our success. We invest in regular toolbox talks, safety briefings, and tailored training sessions that keep our people up to date with the latest safety practices and regulations. This ongoing development equips our teams with the skills and awareness needed to perform their work safely and effectively. We also recognise that safety relies on collaboration. Open channels of communication empower our employees and subcontractors to raise concerns without hesitation. We track safety KPIs, conduct regular site walks, and review performance to ensure continual accountability.

Finally, we are committed to improvement. Through ongoing audits, reviews, and feedback, we consistently refine our systems, raising the standard of safety across all projects. At Trescon, ISO 45001 is not just a certification, it reflects our enduring commitment to the health, safety, and wellbeing of everyone we work with.

Quality

Atlas Certification ISO-9001

We take great pride in delivering top-quality construction projects, and our ISO certification is a testament to our commitment to excellence.

Our quality system is designed to ensure that every project we undertake meets our high standards of quality. We have established a quality management system that is based on the ISO 9001 standard, which is recognised worldwide as the benchmark for quality management. Our system is audited annually by an independent third-party auditor to ensure that we are meeting the rigorous requirements of the standard.

Our quality system is built on four key pillars: planning, control, assurance, and improvement. First, we plan for quality by identifying project requirements and developing comprehensive quality plans that outline our protocols for ensuring that every aspect of the project meets our high standards of quality. Second, we exercise control by closely monitoring the project at every stage and taking corrective action when necessary to ensure that it stays on track. Third, we provide assurance by conducting regular quality inspections and audits to ensure that every aspect of the project meets our high standards of quality. Finally, we are committed to continuous improvement, and we use the feedback we receive from inspections and audits to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.

Our ISO certification is a testament to our commitment to quality, and it sets us apart from the competition as a company that is truly dedicated to delivering exceptional workmanship. When you choose our company for your construction project, you can rest assured that you are working with a company that has a proven track record of delivering top-quality projects that meet or exceed industry standards.

Environment

Atlas Certification ISO-14001

We recognise that our construction activities can have a significant impact on the environment, and we are committed to minimising that impact through our ISO certified environmental system.

Our environmental system is designed to ensure that every project we undertake is carried out in an environmentally responsible manner. We have established an environmental management system that is based on the ISO 14001 standard, which is recognised worldwide as the benchmark for environmental management. Our system is audited annually by an independent third-party auditor to ensure that we are meeting the rigorous requirements of the standard.

Our environmental system is built on three key pillars: prevention, control, and improvement. First, we prevent environmental impacts by identifying potential hazards and implementing measures to eliminate or reduce them. Second, we exercise control by closely monitoring the project at every stage and taking corrective action when necessary to ensure that it stays on track and meets our environmental objectives. Finally, we are committed to continuous improvement, and we use the feedback we receive from inspections and audits to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.

Our ISO certification is a testament to our commitment to environmental responsibility, and it sets us apart from the competition as a company that is truly dedicated to reducing our environmental footprint. When you choose our company for your construction project, you can rest assured that you are working with a company that is committed to environmental sustainability and will do everything possible to minimise the impact of our construction activities on the environment.

Assurance

CM3 Pre-Qualification

Trescon is proud to operate within the parameters of CM3 pre-qualification.

This process helps to minimise the risk to the client and the contractor by making the following considerations before a contractor is engaged;

• What hazards or risks might the contractor find when working for a client
• What hazards or risks they might bring associated with the work they will do
• How the contractor and client will control these risks

With CM3 prequalification, we are actively taking steps to manage risks and ensure compliance by only engaging contractors that have the credentials to get the work done safely and correctly.
