We’re proud to announce the completion of Milk Bar, a landmark project delivered by Trescon in one of Sydney’s most high-profile beachfront locations — the corner of Campbell Parade and Hall Street, Bondi Beach.

This mixed-use development included a two-level basement, ground-floor retail (now home to Riverina Gelato), and three levels of bespoke high-end residences, capped by a full-floor penthouse with uninterrupted views across Bondi Beach.

From day one, the site presented a unique set of challenges:

  • Retaining and structurally integrating a heritage façade
  • Working within tight urban constraints
  • Managing community impact
  • Adopting a top-down construction methodology to maintain control of program and sequencing

Our team led a highly coordinated delivery, balancing structural complexity with design intent — and ensuring minimal disruption to neighbours, businesses, and the public throughout the build. Proactive collaboration with consultants, trades, and key stakeholders was critical to achieving this outcome.

The result is a project that’s anything but typical. From the custom brass joinery in the entry lobby to the curved staircases, stone-topped vanities, and premium detailing across every apartment — the execution reflects Trescon’s commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and excellence.

Milk Bar represents the best of what we do — complex builds, delivered with precision.
