Trescon is proud to announce our involvement in the early works for Double Bay Sail, the upcoming headquarters of Ray White Double Bay. This project, a collaboration with Stafford Architecture, is set to become a defining feature of Double Bay, offering 1,050 sqm of premium commercial space.
Located at 357 New South Head Road, Double Bay Sail is designed with a unique architectural approach, taking inspiration from the sails of yachts in the bay. The building will feature five levels of premium commercial space, including end-of-trip facilities and private landscaped terraces with district views.
As we undertake the crucial stages of excavation, shoring, and piling, we are committed to delivering a project that not only meets but exceeds expectations. Double Bay Sail is a testament to our expertise in commercial construction and our dedication to enhancing the urban landscape.
