Last week, Trescon celebrated the topping out of Crest, Spit Rd Mosman, marking a key milestone in the delivery of this landmark residential development on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
Despite a wet morning on site, the clouds parted long enough for the project team, consultants, and client to gather on the top deck, enjoy a BBQ, and take in the sweeping views across Mosman and Middle Harbour.
The event was attended by long-standing collaborators and stakeholders, including:

This moment not only signifies the completion of the building’s structure but also recognises the dedication, coordination, and craftsmanship shown by every team involved.
Crest has been a technically demanding project, with its prominent position along Spit Rd and tiered form requiring detailed planning and a high level of coordination across trades. With the structure now complete, focus shifts to interior fit-out and façade detailing — where the project’s design intent will fully come to life.
